Coaler Golf had a great day at The Creek Golf Course in Morris on Monday as they participated in the Seneca Irish Invitational. Due to the excessive heat, the meet was shortened to 9 holes.
The boys team finished in second place and Culan Lindemuth finished in fourth place overall for the boys with a score of 43. On the course for the Coalers were Jerry Carlson 946), Griffin Winke (49), Jaxon Duke (52), Frankie Ponio (55) and Trevor Perino (58).
The Lady Coalers were also on the course Monday and Kylee Kennell finished second place overall for the girls with 45. Also participating in the Irish Invite were Dakota Club (55), D’Arcy Ness (56), Liv Sulzberger (58) and Peyton Gibson and Madi Peterson (60).
Both teams will be back in action on Thursday for a 4:30 p.m. match up with Wilmington at High Point Golf Course.
